Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (new launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted via email.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
WaifuWears is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the item.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
If your order appears lost in transit:

Contact us after 7 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) from shipment date.

Split Shipments
In rare cases, items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
